No. That never occurred. There was an attempted rotation many months ago after TMO first came back to raiding, after the suspension. It lasted for two weeks and it only applied to 4 of the 6 VP dragons. There was no sim repop during that time, so sim repops have never been rotated in VP. Since late February everything in VP has been 100% FFA.
