im not asking you starklen, im asking chicanery about his 350 max hit at 2006 ... mostlikley not measured at lvl 50

This is most likely the case. So at level 50 it should be somewhat or substantially more.

prolly parsed with a 60 war in full gear, and maximum a hand full of fights? thats not a reliable info for a mobs max hit ...

If the warrior wasn't using a discipline (or was and provided the info), it can be.

Level is irrelevant when determining what a max hit is. Defensive or shielding will change the values, but it's still (DB + x*DI).

Unless live was radically different, mobs will be hitting for max hit every time well before spiroc, so there's no reason that his max hit wouldn't be parsed within the first month or two of sky's opening.

And re: pets getting aggro over players - when they can ---

NPCs prefer players unless there's a radical difference between distance of pet and distance of player. As a monk I've feigned a mob onto the pet's model and then dpsed, pet tanking.
And the reason you had earth pet tanks, and that some people do, is similar to this - root aggro makes mob attack nearest if there's a "1" range difference.
