They did when BDA got suspended. So yes they do annouce when guilds get raid suspended. And by the way his post was worded he seems like they arent even discussing a possible suspension or what would the reason for him saying they needed to petition.

Didn't the logs for the FTE give enough evidence that a mob was kill stolen? The simple fact you had to take the loot away from Lord Bob...

Not sure how the GMs can still run their Pro Lord Bob crusade in light of recent events.

They were awarded the loot because Sirken was there when Doljon killed a target A-team had FTE on.

I seem to remember BDA doing this on a FE Draco FTE, and getting a warning instead of a suspension. I guess we were just running a pro BDA crusade at the time.

There is an A-team petition in that is under review.

Most importantly, we would greatly prefer if guilds attempted to work out disputes on their own.

Example:

A-team - 'Hey Doljon, ya'll trained us and jumped our FTE, could we get those loots? Maybe you guys could agree to not contest the next A-team target as well?"
Doljon - 'NAW, we will FTE without logic and fairness'
A-team - 'Ok, we will have to petition, then'

You may now return to your regularly scheduled Doljon hate.

So Sirken was there and watched Lord Bob KS ATeam FTE? So why does he need a petition if he was there and saw it with his own eyes? How does that not instantly get any other raid guild suspended?

It should. If it was on live they would have been disbanded. Happened to my guild for a disputed leapfrog on Trak. A blatant KS would have had bans a flowing.

Yeah, but now there is a new PnP that specifically states:

All raid mobs provide an "FTE Shout" that show what guild has engaged. Kill stealing will be severely disciplined.

It's not like this is Lord Bob's first warning - they have been shitting up Fear/Hate since the beginning of their existence.
