Nah playing the race card is one of the oldest tricks around. See when someone calls another out as racist, there is little response to such an accusation. What are you gonna do, parade around your black friends? That makes you look racist.

So all you are left to do is issue a generic statement about the support of all colors, creeds, genders etc, lest you are subject to cancel culture.

Nothing the Lib-coms have tried to slow down Trump has worked, so they have absolutely nothing left in the political warbook but to make it an entire campaign based on race. They are unable to come up with another Obama, so they wheeled out a guy who can ride his coattails, unfortunately he is an old white schmuck, so in order to push their desired narrative, they had to staple on some used up party player to add the right color to their photo-ops.

Gotta be real here, nobody wants the VP job and very very few want the president job. The VP is basically the ceiling, very few VPs ever go on to do anything of real meaning, and neither them nor the president will have a private moment ever again in their lives. There were many other well qualified women of color for the VP job, but they don't wanna take it.

So they gave us "Horizontal Harris" Initially the Biden campaign announced it would select a woman for VP, then a black woman, then "woman of color". Being unable to find an African american woman who would appropriately toe the party line, and be subject to the indignity of the VP spot, They give us an indian/carribean woman to tout the BLM lines.

The entire world knows that racism is America's achilles heel and they beat that drum when it suits their purpose. China even tried to use it to suppress attention to the origins of the Kung-Flu Chinese Born Coronavirus.

The dems are just the better party this election cycle because, they give me a steady morphine drip of easy self-congratulatory answers that allow me to become increasingly irrational and angry at anyone who doesn't agree with me. I also get to use the words "dog whistle" and "fascist" a lot, which make me feel VERY cool.

Anti-fascist; a group which has much more in common with the latter half of their name than the former.
