Hokushin wanted a Gharn's Rock. Watch Sirken's recent stream where he interviews Hokushin, he mentions it specifically and even notes that not a single Gharn's has dropped since Velious has been released. In all their Vulak kills not one Gharn's dropped.

In the past month or so Forsaken/Asgard has gotten Vulak more often than Rampage, but still no Gharn's...until yesterday. F/A killed Vulak, got the server's first Gharn's. It obviously didn't go to Hokushin. A couple hours later he decides he's quitting and to wake the Sleeper.

This is not a coincidence.

if true I mean, couldn't he have just kept up the competition and eventually got one to drop off Vulak? Seems silly to rage quit over a competitor guild getting a drop you wanted.

its just a coincidence, yesterday would have happened the exact same way no matter what items vulak dropped

Hoku's got some big real life moves being made and doesnt have the time to lead a p99 guild anymore
