A few years ago I found a copy of Turok Dinosaur hunter for the PC, yes a PC port of the famous N64 title. I had no idea this existed.

I installed it for a moment and loaded up multiplayer. I was terrified and amazed to find out, that out there somewhere, in some dark corner of the world, at that very moment, there were at least two other people playing that game online. This game was not only from 1997, but it was a port of a game that virtually no one knew existed. That would be like finding out there is a PC port of Wave Race 64 and people were still playing it 15 years later. It's fucking weird.

I owned, loved, and played the fuck out of Turok for n64.

Turok 64 was the first console shooter that used the middle joystick shit to aim. All my friends played bond and looked at me like a crackhead for suggesting them give turok a try. Anyone remember aiming in Bond? You use the fucking up down on the directional to move up and down and the joystick to aim side to side. W T F
