Well first Zeelot said he would post it publicly if the staff does not overturn the ban. So he's the one bringing all this to the lime light. I'm just over here wondering "why wait?"

If this evidence is so strong why hasn't he shared it? Wouldn't getting some public on your side maybe help? Plus Zeelot had a fairly shit due to the stunts he pulled. Wouldn't posting it help?

Other questions too: why did it take nearly 2 years to produce this evidence? Why is Zeelot wanting access to his riches now, mere months before a known release date for velious? Why did Zeelot delete all his EQ data when he "quit"?

If it were me looking at it, the threat of possible future RMT activities would need to be exactly 0 for me to reverse the ban. There would have to be assurances that RMT activities did not, and will not ever happen.

I bet he's glad I'm not the one investigating this.

Wtf are you counting time in dog years? TMO was disbanded in what December 2013 or around that? Zeelot quit at that time and at the least was taking a break until Velious at the most was done with the game completely. Why would he have reason to think to check to see if his characters were banned or not? You may lay awake at night wondering what your toons are doing in video games when your not there but a normal person doesn't worry about things like that. If he knew he was banned then at that time he probably figured he didn't have any reason to come back and so didn't worry about it.

Maybe he needed more room for porn or just didn't feel like keeping a program on his computer that he probably wouldn't use again. Who knows is that what your basing your charges on?

At the end of the day who the hell do you think you are demanding anyone provide you proof of anything. Why should he care what you think?

Do you speak for Zeelot? Are those his stories? Or are you just speculating. I'm guessing it's the latter.

Feel free to white knight him all you like, I guess. What your say, however, means absolutely nothing. Zeelot is the one who wants to clear his name. I'm pretty sure he had his own fingers to your with. He can defend himself.

And again, Zeelot was an influential player on P99. His guild dominated the raid scene for years. If he was, in fact, RMTing that affects everyone on the server. EVERYONE. We want this servers rules to be followed and for the server to survive. If Zeelots actions threatened that, then it becomes the business if everyone that plays to know what's going on.

Zeelot has offered to show us his evidence exonerating him of his accusation and punishment. Show it. Prove to the server you were falsely accused.

Also, you have no idea what I do in society. Rest assured, investigating complex issues with liars involved is something I do every day.

I will publicly post the irrefutable evidence of bogus accusations if I am not unbanned and do not hear back by this weekend. I've only shared the screens with with staff so far, but they like to ignore reality it seems.

If they aren't going to reverse things even with screenshot evidence that shows their accusations are bogus, then it only looks bad on them.

Oh I am not white knighting anyone No one in this thread is a white knight or innocent of any wrong doing. I am just pointing out timeline flaws in your argument and also the fact that if you had your way whether he was innocent or not you would be burning him and anyone else you think is guilty of something at the stake. You are making baseless accusations that you insist are based in fact. But the flaw of it as you point out is that he didn't immediately check his account after it was banned and start ranting about it and throwing proof at the hungry masses here for more drama to feed you and your family.

I figure there are so many here attacking him that at least some of us should step in and if not defend him at least point out the mental handicap in your argument. You are letting your dislike for him cloud the fact that the reasons you are using to make him guilty make no sense. You say 2 years but TMO didn't disband 2 years ago. You say he should have immediately raged and posted more fodder for you to throw in his face or use against the GMs. But why should he bother when he may not have been returning? Where in these forums or the rules of the server does it say someone has to prove to the masses that they are innocent and the GMs will follow?
