![]() **Suave's most loved member chiming in**
Sup pals, to aid the confusion, we did it for th following reasons. We had trouble keeping a group together while fighting on all sides while being under-geared and leveling up. Was not uncommon to exp for maybe 20 minutes before some random crew from some random guild decided it was our turn to pvp. All good, it brought our hard times pals together but also put heavy strain on our fairweather players. But we ended up losing members. Class composition, we were a nice spring mix in druids, wizards and mages, again losing people and limited numbers hurt us here. Size, we just did not have the numbers to do the things we would need to keep and hold members with minor pixel gains, we were exping 2 grps as a guild in bear pits, lets be real, even with dedication our tailored backpack profits would not sustain a guild. Words from Azreal, we had leadership come in and talk to all of our guys, it was a merger or a massive reroll operation. Our reroll operation would take more time and some of our members that did not want to level through that shit again would probably lose steam and maybe change guilds. Speaking with Az, they mentioned a changing mindset in their guild, dropping the old, tried but never true stances on server mechanics and politics and trying something new. We obv had doubts but in light of the current climate existing for guilds on red today, we thought banding with others might help us stay afloat. Similarities to the talks held by the Sioux in the early 1800's were drawn and we decided to merge. It's about the buffalo.
