i got to the point where i had to play like 8 hours a day in order to improve, and at that point it's not even a game anymore

if sc2 didn't have so many horrible design flaws i'd probably still be playing

its getting better. remember brood wars was shit when it first came out. it took years to become the pristine RTS we know it today. i feel ya on the 8 hours a day though. you can play different regions now so I immediately went over the korean side. got owned ofc. what race did you play again?

played zerg, had barely under grandmaster MMR whenever i quit

i play zerg and imo its the hardest race to master. missing injections and creep spread can be fatal and the balance between making workers and making units is hard as fuck to maintain sometimes. i also believe however zerg can be pretty powerful in the right hands so i am not claiming its unbalanced. wish there was a creep tumor hotkey tho!
