I'm strictly going off of what they are saying on these boards. I am out of touch with what they discuss internally but it is clear they are recruiting still. Recruiting in the same thread they are saying they want to be close to all the raiding guilds and get to know the members. I don't know who would allow them to come in and cherry pick players. You should be aware of this since you were in RD.

As most of you know we are not recruiting at the moment. The main reason being that we'd like people to put other guilds together.
