What offense happened that was "Bannable" ?

VS wasn't up when our tracker was moving in position to track. He didn't get his aggro cleared and died. After he died his aggro killed Taken's trackers. We were resolving the situation getting people in place to rez them when VS spawns. TMO concedes to not kill because one person in our guild made a mistake trying to get setup to track VS. Now if you think the guy should be "Banned" for accidentally training 2 people in VS pit before VS was up that seems a bit harsh.

I always suspect that they were pinched because they used it to help police the server in their role as guides. Alternatively: the best way to protect against thieves is to hire better thieves.
