Continue bashing lord bob if you want, as i was attempting to clarify/protect the interests of all up and coming possible tier 2 guilds and players and not just doljoni.

hate to break this to you but

everyday, officers/leaders send tells back and forth that discuss important things

sometimes they are able to discuss so much stuff and talk to so many other leaders that a post is mostly window dressing

and again, T2 guilds had no time to write up anything as we had basically less than 1 day notice

Well to be fair your hasty attempt on Fay without your player base in the required resist gear and buffs for the fight is a big indication that the leadership didn't know what they were getting into even before they decided to make the attempt. Fay is the easiest Kunark Dragon by far and you guys failed on it (Not a completely bad thing live and learn).

However, how can you try to dictate to other guilds what you should have if you can't even engage Fay correctly. Heck Hyjal is a chanter and an officer he can make most the pieces of resist gear they need to resist dragon fear.. But it looks like 80% or more of your players were feared during the encounter. I support you guys moving up and making attempts on these mobs whether it be in a rotation or trying to compete on a larger scale....I like seeing guilds kill things for the first time etc. But there is obviously a leadership problem in the guild.

For some reason everyone is explicitly avoiding my point.

Which guild leaders exactly?
What is keeping it a fair rotation?

Im not asking for a list of who gets what target. Usually when you're asked to agree to something. you know what you're agreeing to beforehand

There is virtually no knowledge anywhere on these forums as to how t2 guilds are choosing which guilds get which target.

Everyone involved in the rotation met at the tox druid rings or somewhere and
randomed 1000 for order of pick, you would know this if you would have told any of
the guild leaders that contacted you anything other than 'we are not interested'.

The ONLY benefit of the doubt I'm willing to concede them is that, at the time, they were in the dark. We did it in vent quickly, because we were rushing, with the hope and plan to set up something more formal and easier for everyone to join in. That's why you can't really find anything - we haven't had the time to MAKE anything. We had a few hours on Sunday night to throw shit together.

However, SEVERAL attempts were made to get Lord Bob involved before that and during that, and we were told to screw off. Your leadership explicitly chose to not be part of it.

Any other T2 guilds have several means to contact and make sure they're included. We hope to have more formal things soon and it to be easier and more transparent (as opposed to just vent meetings).
