This isn't a dig or a shot at anyone but can I conclude things haven't been sorted yet and we are still faced with the same I remember?
There are still shadows and a lack of truces.

You are right, FE had two messages prior,- the sniping was stronger than I thought; however where is the 10 odd seconds between when abraham says can I zone in and you do a /who, young doctor. Did you happen to run away from every relevant person and mob for 10 seconds to go sightsee around fear?

Regardless of your little sightseeing adventures, why is there a time discrepancy here, young doctor:

and your logs:

Maybe its just me, but it seems that your own guildmembers logs contradict your logs; his time-clock remains consistent with yours 22:02:27 when the /who was taken; however it strangely diverges when IMBA is deathtouched. What is even stranger is that these are the same exact logs - either that or you all have a magical way of doing /who at the same time while being in the exact same place. So tell me, doctor, who tampered with the fucking logs.
eqmaze logs are different than the one on my computer, looks like his pasted Imba deathtouch in his post is from a different log with a different clock than my /who guild. Your persistence amazes me. Just admit the obvious like you should! Imba tagged a TMO engage and messed it up, he should've just stood still and there would've been no issue at all. If you put a mallet into someone else's FTE you should be prepared to stand and die.

Yes, because clearly the person using your who logs would go ahead and copy his own logs to show a timer that was already present on your logs. Logs.

The mallet was actually in at the precise second that domjot sniped FTE off:

[Fri Dec 06 19:02:11 2013] Cazic Thule engages Domjot!
[Fri Dec 06 19:02:11 2013] Your target resisted the Walking Sleep spell.

AND it was only 1 charge. You TMO have a strange way of trying to engage and kill a mob; no raid force near the mob, a few FTE snipers spamming aggro items, and the incapacity to pull aggro off of 1 cast of walking sleep.

By the way - there were 24 of you in zone, half of the force that wasnt FTE snipping running in from the portal to NE corner at the time. You should do a /who at, lets say, not 30 seconds after the FTE message was shouted next time. But then again, you wouldnt be a young doctor if you did.

Amazes me after the first fte message you still engage the mob to snipe after dt, the question becomes would your warrior have been suspended for engaging a mob that another guild had fte on, if be had not auccessfully sniped it after the dt?

No I would have been banned for forcing a TMO warrior to engage a mob that wasnt his, obv.

Sloan lies publicly whenever convenient to him i.e. in below quoted post. Then doubletalk/backtalks it & brings up irrelevant other things to distract from it. You guys should quit while you are ahead.

But it seems you are up to your old log doctoring ways Zeelot; where are the other two FE FTE messages that follow wavaran are in the FRAPs? Did you conveniently edit out 15 seconds of all the FE people casting and engaging CT?

This fraps shows the time lag between Wavaran FTE and Domjot FTE. Where's the two FE FTE messages that follow? That's right they don't exist. And people really wonder who the bullshitters are?

Oh noe, I was mistaken that there were TWO fte shouts inbetween. All my other points MUST be invalid.

This is why we are looking to hire a new raid lawyer - I clearly fall prey to my honesty far too often. That and, well, Sirken likes EQ chicks.

Watching these videos, its obvious that the current mechanics of 'double' FTE for charming/DTing mobs are beyond retarded and need to be fixed.

What would you guys think of Nilbog changing the FTE shout such that after an FTE/reset event, only players of the same guild as the original player can get the second FTE for 15 seconds?
