6 or 9 minutes doesn't matter. Tal can be pulled in less than 4 following Rogean's proper way to pull rule set.

Our force was there to kill it. FE engaged before the mob reset. Derp.

We are still getting the majority of raid mobs... a vast majority of raid mobs every week [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
However, we don't like cheaters or unfair and unequal application of the rules.
