Dude we're 5 years past Obama's Presidency and the only reason why Germany finally agreed to actually pay 2% was because of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. This is not debatable bro. Good on Obama for getting a promise (which is like a fart in the wind) but it was Orange Super Prez that actually got some real coin and he wanted even more which it what should have happened in light of Pudding's invasion.
The Krauts only finally meeting 2% after a Russian invasion is an insult. They should be paying 4%.
