Wow. This has been derailed so fucking much.

Look, on p99 the entire arena zone is flagged as pvp. As such the only "safe" place to bind nearby is going to be outside the zone. Look at the screenshot of IB sitting and camping the zone.

I can't comment on whether any Divinity had employed similar tactics ( but if they did then that pisses me off --we are better than that). What bothers me is I don't see a single player from IB disapproving of these actions. From the sounds of it they were patting each other on the back in vent. Is this your guild culture? A bunch of griefers? You sound so confident that you would win any battle, why the need to corpse camp?

To any IB that werent there and don't condone these tactics: Good for you, I hope you let your guildmates know how unacceptable that is in a friendly competition.
That's because we handle our business internally instead of bringing it to a public space.

Also stop with the "we're better than that" attitude. You're not. You guys had people chain attacking us, trying to jump the gun on start times. Trying to gain a PVP advantage by running up, collectively not individually, the spires instead of coming at us straight on. On top of this, your guild leader was present and partaking. She came into our vent throwing a fit like a child while members like Auvdar repeatedly would run in and nuke us while buffing.

Get off your high horses and realize you're no different, we're just better.

So sad i missed this =/
I hope yall get over this so it can happen again.

I've played on PVP servers in all games I've played, this is the 1st "blue" server i have ever played on. Being around pvp all my mmo life, i can tell you Alawen is speaking the truth.

no one is forcing you to get corpse camped. just log off, stop throwing yourself into the fire. Zone plug if you have to!

Now i know your pissed. And if this is your 1st time to ever be griefied like this your probably all WTF JESUS TOM CRUSIE FUCKIGN SAVE ME SHITTTTTT...i know, I've been there before. But again, like he said, no one really got hurt here, you didnt lose items or exp, which is lucky cuase you did lose money on pvp servers and when shit got hot you lost exp too from fuckers training. Be glad there are no hostile NPCs to train in the Arena.

Just take this as a learning experience. Again, i do hope yall get over it so there will be more pvp in the future.

This thread is pretty hilarious.

Also, why is the response to someone having more time to play than you "Get a life"? I am just curious, cuz for me, having a lot of time to do leisurely things like get my video game on, would be a much happier life to live than having to work 87 hours a week to come home to my 13 screaming brats and annoying nagging wife that never shuts the fuck up when I want to play Everquest... Just saying. You guys go on with your badass lives. Of course I'm sure a good number of the people on this server are limited in their EQ time being busy sleeping with the 7 model girlfriends they are juggling, driving their Ferraris, and being the center of all social interaction in their hometown.

I see what you did there...
