skorge keep it up, im 165 lb's atm shooting for 200 lb's within 5 years, been lifting for 5 years but just started taking it seriously the past 3 months, gained 5 lb's and lost 2% body fat over the past 3 months. You are an inspiration to us all
Thank you man. It's taken a lot of hard work and dedication. About six years ago or so I would have NEVER told you I would have reached 200+ lbs. It's pretty crazy to see me now vs then. It just tells you that anything is possible if you work consistently at it. I thought about becoming a personal trainer full-time to help others but been so busy with other stuff. At your rate thought you will hit 200 in about 2-3 years max. I was 175 lbs about 2-2.5 years ago, not too far behind you. Just have to keep at it and keep pushing harder to see more of a gain. I started taking some creatine before and after my lift days and I think it's given me that little bit of a push...I would recommend looking into that, I buy mine cheap at Wal-Mart lol. The only other supplement I take is whey protein, and of course, protein bars. I've been eating a lot lately though. Eating is half the battle. Your body needs more calories and protein to maintain what you have been working on. Just be sure not to eat unhealthy.

It's an aerial view of his mother having her period through a bomb-bay 2 by 4 door on his ogre shaman.

I like it.

Cast is a loon, when i use the term right wing nuts, emphasis is on nuts.

Im starting to feel bad ripping on him, because he seems to have problems that go beyond the regular forum asshole type, like a couple of others here, harrison being one.
