What exactly makes someone "the best wizard"? Best at quadding? Best at root nuking? Best at not being afk in exp groups?

wizards have the strongest line of 1 second and long-duration single target stuns

saving a group by making the decision to burn the mob outright, root it & cc, or just teleport the hell out.

Best at nuking without over aggroing, best at mobilization (used to be more important prior to pooping everywhere, and will be again for velious).
Quadding is easy, Octing is a bit more of a challenge.

I just can't see anyone saying "damn, wizard_01 is so awesome at their class that they know how to gate to KC and pick people up" or "wow they know how to cast stun." These are things a mildly trained chimpanzee can master in about 5 minutes. Got anything better?
