Since you all can now modify the client behavior with your DLLs, and have removed spell sets from the game (classic is not enough of a reason in my humble opinion), then I would petition that the following classic behavior be restored: I want to be able to sit for long casts without interrupting a spell just like it used to be in classic.

It made using my Deepwater Helm for healing a time to med too.

Hey. It's classic right? So let's get that coded in for the blind devotion to classic for ill or good. Right? I mean it may benefit players, but it's classic so we have to do it!

Just the way I wanted to spend my Saturday night..... hell, its Sunday morning now. I've read through this thread about three times, tried every suggestion I saw. Downloaded patch files manually..... nope. Downloaded .net framework v4.0..... nope. Downloaded EQemu launcher, everything's set up to patch files to the right directory, and............... still nope.

On the surface it looks like I should be gtg, but every god damn time I get that infuriating error message that the application failed to initialize. I'm not sure what else to do aside from either doing a complete reinstall of titanium or throwing this friggin dinosaur from 2002 that is my computer into the closet and getting a new one, and neither of those things are gonna happen tonight.

If anyone has a suggestion other than what's already been posted on this thread, please let me know. I would like to try again tomorrow and actually waste my time playing this game, not just trying to get it to work.

I'm surprised how much bitching there is about target rings (seriously?) but there's very little bitching about VP.

Amazingly, it seems 99.5% of the server doesn't have VP keys.

Maps i can live without, life tap nerfs were going to happen eventually anyways, spellsets were pretty spiteful and unnecessary, but whatever.

I should think there'd be more bitching over spell sets. That's truly useful and the reason for removing them is ... not enough... in my own opinion
