People agree to a EULA or a ToS when they use a program with warden in it though. This is a little bit different.

By detecting their location, as explained in the IRC file that is logged on my computer.
The sole reason the RIAA cant sue people for downloading music, they are not allowed to know where on the computer the files are located, as they are not allowed to walk into your house and know the layout without a warrant.

Invasion of privacy.

Thanks, hope you guys know what you're getting into.
We aren't suing you or pressing charges. We're banning you. Key difference. You're not scaring anyone. Take your wanna-be lawyer in the next room, get him some fake piss so he can pass a drug test, and try that theory out. 50 bucks says he can't even file a motion in a court that has the correct jurisdiction.

P99 has had more intimidating threats from people more intelligent than you. It still stands. People with the ability to do, don't threaten.

Here's the thing: It's not invading your privacy by detecting known cheat programs.
Detecting how may I ask?
I hope not using these dll fies? That would be very unfortunate...

Last I'd checked, regardless of a virus or a program entering your computer, the action of knowingly invading another individuals personal privacy -> is legally known as cyber terrorism and is a federal offense (according to the lawyer in the next room over that is..)
