True story. I panic gated once on P1999. I felt like an idiot. Early on the pathing in Permafrost was screwed up and it was basically impossible to pull the archeologist room. So we had died 3 or 4 times due to pulls from that room. I saw a train of like 3 goblins and didn't wait to see any more.. I panic gated. Turns out it was only a pull of 3 goblins... woops.

Also, to complete that fun story, I arrived at MM zone with my girlfriend, helping her level. Two level 22 mages with earth pets kept sending their pets on anything I pulled, rooting them down. After the 3rd or 4th time, I walked up to them and in say asked "are you seriously going to step to a level 50 monk in a zone full of greens?". They then proceeded to go apeshit, saying the ZONEOUT was camped by 2 level 22 mages, and I was an asshole, and I was going to get petitioned, and I was going to get forum flamed, etc. etc.
The moral of the story: All level 50 monks are out to rape your daughters and kick your puppies. You have been warned. | ||
