Like the border, they had complete control and could have fixed it. They choose not to fix it. Its that simple. The USA could easily afford to build a state of the art voting machine that could replicate itself if necessary.

I'm thinking it refers to 2017-2019? Because they had a supermajority and elections are federalized.
