If they handed the guild to someone that wasn't capable of leading the guild then people would have deguilded themselves anyway. Guilds fold all the time, it's no big deal and most people will move on.

I wish I could take Holocaust seriously but their only leadership is a guy who only talks about how little he cares about this server, and another who zerg farmed pixels with Nihilum and that's all that was seen of him.

Gonna need to see a little more before you get a seat at the table to start discussing policy.
