The reality of all of this is you can ban whoever you want. You have the ok from Rogean therefore if members of Nihilum are telling you he's leading that's all you need IMO.

so what constitutes worthy evidence of him leading? the fact that on the nihilum forums he's still listed as the leader? that he's the main tank still? that he's still the main assist in pvp? that he still decides who gets what loot?
