Every member of Nihilum is fully geared or will quickly be fully geared. Nobody is ever denied loot that they cannot use. Every item acquired is cataloged and available for purchase for a very low price after a certain dkp limit is reached to prove they are a guildie and not only on a short ride to buy items. Yes, alts have to buy a Donald BP for 10k instead of get it for free because peridot, planar port stones, emeralds, and every other money sink to run a guild is a cost that has to be paid to keep the guild running.

I have never been approached to buy an item. Has Nizzar ever approached you and asked if you wanted to buy an item?

Are you assuming every main in Nihilum has paid for their loot? That's very silly.

Sektors, the most vocal purchaser across every pvp emu released, made a request to get something for his alt, which I can only assume was a very good offer and would be hard for anyone to say no to on grounds of "it ain't right." If anything this looks like entrapment and is a shitty/reason to punish anyone.

Posted rules are posted rules, laughably, I guess, since every posted rule om this website is enforced willy-nilly, and when it's convenient.

I'm not going to protest for or against this decision. But using any info from Sektors as evidence is just another thing that will be added to this servers historical fuck up lineage.

You went overboard. You were messaging EVERY member of our forums who had quit for months asking to buy their gear and characters for real money. You landed a few who had quit for a while.

You messaged people EVERYDAY trying to buy items and characters for real money. You were trying to buy gear/characters more than you were playing EQ.

Nizzar put a stop to that because it was out of control. He wasn't the only one that reported you though. You had over 10 people report you. I did not report you, even though you asked to buy something from me every single day. Because in the end I don't care that much about it.

You got greedy and thats why you got banned. Then you got your revenge even though your greed is why you were eventually banned.

not at all what i'm saying. what i'm saying is that the raid loot that nizzarr sold for cash were not something he acquired individually. he utilized 50 other individuals' time to get those items that he personally profited from. thats scummy as fuck.
