The Spiroc Lord down with seven! (really six, because Nordenwatch took the DT and Ignt died almost immediately afterwards. It's hard for me to see a way to do it with less than 5 really: tank/cleric/enc/enc/DT). After Sakuragi got DTed Azzudnue tanked with nimble for a bit, but it ran out with the Lord at 10-15% or so. Fortunately Mauricewhite and I were able to prove the superiority of the Enchanter class yet again: his pet enraged while mine killed the Lord from behind! Unfortunately I was blinded by that stupid bird just after repositioning my pet and was unable to get any good screenshots [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

As much as I like bragging about killing the Spiroc Lord with seven we wouldn't mind a few more people to make our clears slightly less heroic, so if you are interested in joining the most pro guild on the server, chat with an officer!

sorry im a newb when it comes to raid mobs. ive seen 19 people barely survive spiroc lord so im just trying to figure out why you guys can do it with 7. ive never seen charms used so maybe thats the biggest diff.

maybe it was 14 i dont remember honestly but it was more than 2 groups for sure.

I don't really think so. Our only casualties were DTs and Azz when his disc went down.

And yes charm is the difference, 350 dps is like 5 extra monks, plus they enraged tanked the last bit.

well im impressed either way, really interested on how few you can take to some of the more accessible raid mobs. naggy/vox, hate/fear.

As Loraen said, we could probably do it with 5. NPCs are a lot stronger relative to live. Non-humanoids can DW here which is being fixed. It's a large part of why charm is so strong as well.

We didn't make it to sky last night for reasons that are plastered all over RNF, but we did manage to kill our nemesis encounter, the Chardok royals! Sadly a warrior epic blade rotted, but we did pick up some incarnadine plate.
