It has been a while, but last time I did a /guildstatus on Loly he was not an officer.

He was a Guild Leader of The Mystical Order.

When TMO has nothing to say affirming or denying a story, they send in this guy to deflect without actually answering anything. For the uninitiated, if this guy side-steps a question, its equivalent to him affirming it.

I agree, other than the perfectly legitimate part. Logical fallacies don't say a statement is correct or incorrect, they merely demonstrate when your method to reach a conclusion is faulty. If you are trying to convince a populace of some statement, demonstrate a proper method of reaching that conclusion. Errhmagerd TMO is RMTing because "insert anecdote here" isn't a reason to trust a conclusion.
Deajay's main problem is he believes so heavily that he is right about thing he doesn't question his methods.

Only on these RNF forums would a discussion regarding whether or not Loly is the guild leader of TMO be considered a "perfectly legitimate conversation."
