If u don't like chef boyardee you prolly also dislike macaroni ad cheese, peanut butter jelly sandwiches and bologna. Gtfo of murica u robots that never had childhood.

i disagree, chef boyardee is not even in the same genre as all-american classics like mac and cheese or pb&j

also you guys are keep trying to wedge in nutrition when we are clearly discussing taste factor, we all know chef boyardee is not nutritional

Macaroni and cheese is a tasteless abomination. But I'm the kinda person that bikes to work and drinks green sludge everyday, so maybe my opinions don't count here :P

I'm not on an Atkin's diet. Atkin's is unhealthy, and far too simple to be based in good science. It doesn't differentiate between quality of the macronutrients; it just tells you carbs bad, protein/fat good.

I eat quality foods, and understand that many fats/proteins are bad. Plus Atkin's won't let you eat ANY carbs, which is kind of unrealistic on a vegan diet.

The second I start eating refined/processed foods, filling myself up with gluten or (dare I say it) stuffing myself with genetically modified meats; I'm sure I will get fat, if I don't die form heart disease first.

-The people I know who have lost weight and shaped their bodies into healthy/fit status did so through comprehension of nutrition and exercise and figuring out what works for them and modifying their own diet (in its traditional definition not the modern American definition)
