Harassment is a normally a tort. This means the injured party has to hire a lawyer on their own dime initially (assuming the jurisdiction allows the recovery of attorney's fees for that particular tort).

IE: The police/courts aren't going to do anything unless the harassment continues and becomes severely disruptive, crosses over into something criminal, or the previous instance severely damaged business operations.

TLDR: If you win you'll get like $5 worth of damages and a several thousand $ attorney bill that the other side might have to pay. The odds of lawyers getting involved are extremely remote unless the in-house counsel is over-paid, extremely bored, and feels like gambling with company $. So, never.

Many jurisdictions also require that there be a provable physical manifestation of said stress (severe nausea, emotional problems, etc.) using a " [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] " face online will likely be admissible as counter evidence to show no objective feelings of being threatened.

Crazy people on the internet... I don't feel worried about my personal well-being but I do associate with other people i.e. my boss or my g/f who I live with. I am not pursuing a lawsuit. That was your suggestion. I have a simple police case to develop historical evidence if I ever need to take further steps. Many jurisdictions do not need a physical manifestation of stress for a no-contact order.
