In the Long View, any kind of racial animus can fairly be described, currently, as end game of the racialist age of human thought. If we are talking non-rational, tribal life, which freakin defines 99% of our species' history, such simplistic views clearly have utilities. Tribalism is the way to go for hundreds of millennia.
