Training w/ dad today for an 11 mile kayak race in Nov

There will be actual pro’s there in their 17 foot “ski” kayaks that are only 22 inches wide (ouch my balls). We stand no chance there

But hoping to be some of the fastest of the plebs

Finished my fourth Sprint Triathlon of the summer today.

1/2 Mile Swim
21 Mile Bike
3.1 Mile run

Finished in the top 35 out of 300, took 4th place in my age bracket. Had a blast.

Local bar with pinball got a new (old) table, Theatre of Magic. Always fun to learn a new one. Medieval Madness is still my favorite though.
