Mead I don't think you understand that not everyone is going to wear a mask regardless of anything that's said or done.

Masks only work if everyone wears them. Not everyone will wear them. Masks don't work.

Masks protect other people, they don't protect you. It doesn't work.

edit: people should be encouraged to wear masks yes but not brainwashed by authoritarian action to fall in line.
