Been addicted to them all.

I'm seeing a pattern with drug of choice there and it makes me sad. I really like you as a person and I think it'd be a huge waste if you ODed someday.

Have you tried exercise? It'll do the same thing on some level as far as filling a gap in your head with fun neurotransmitters. It's also how I quit smoking. I quit exercising for awhile and dealing with the bad vibes again so I had to walk 2 miles at 3:30am to clear my mind last night. It works though. Gonna get back into it regularly at a less rape me / mug me time of night. Seriously... opiates are a bad road to go down and you know this, but its so much worse for everyone else who witnesses it.

Yeah, exercise does work.

Gets me serotonin and dopamine, etc.

I have an extremely addictive personality though (hence P99) so it's always something I'll struggle with.

If Oxycontin somehow legally gets sold over the counter, I'm fucking dead lol

Another reason is a relationship with someone on methadone fucking sucks. I tried to make it work for 3 months but ugh.
