So, you pretty much are brushing off any claims of fraud. What about the fact that this truck driver swore under oath of his experience in the days surrounding the election along with countless other sworn testimonies? Or do you believe these are all paid actors ? Should we dismiss video evidence and polling machine forensics because its all just a crack-pot conspiracy?

Nobody is suggesting that these people are paid actors. Moreover, the fact remains that IF ballots were being illegally transported across state lines, these out-of-state ballots would be rejected and - if found in sufficient quantities - would lead to a genuine inquiry and investigation. And what "video evidence" are we referring to, exactly? The thoroughly debunked "bombshell" surveillance footage touted by Giuliani that depicted "suitcases" of ballots which, in reality, turned out to be ordinary ballot containers that were prepared for counting in full view of election observers?

Did the truck driver in question offer photo documentation or other hard evidence of fraudulent out-of-state ballots being transported en masse from New York? What about the fact that ballots are checked during counting to ensure that voters casting those ballots are state residents and legal voters who are actually registered to vote in their state? Did you know that ballots are rejected if the person casting the vote isn't a registered voter of the state they claim residence in? How can people from New York vote in Pennsylvania if this is the case?

Do you think it's possible that this supposed whistleblower just wants his fifteen minutes of fame? Do you believe his claims would stand up in a court of law? Why hasn't the Trump administration shown this to the courts as a slam-dunk case of massive voter fraud that changed the outcome of the election?

If you listen to the testimony of the truck driver he stated that he was just doing his part as a truck driver prior to realizing anything "fishy" was going on, in fact he stated that he felt proud to be performing his civic duty towards the election. It was only after speaking with his new "supervisor" and the disappearance of his truck did that confirm his suspicions. Hindsight is always 20/20 and it's easy to say why didn't he call the police or take pictures.

Casting Ballots. I'm sure you are aware that each state has their own rules and regulations on what is an acceptable form of identification, if any. Look at which states DO NOT require voter identification to vote, it's shocking, and much of those are battleground states. https://www.ncsl.org/research/electi.../voter-id.aspx. Personally, not requiring ID & Signatures is just engendering fraud on a massive level. Also, it's really not difficult to have state ID's in multiple states. There are organizations out there that HATE the constitution and this country and are actively engaged in destroying it, so to me it's not far fetched or improbable to believe that there was organized voter fraud this election.

We all have our own biases and candidates that we want to win the election and maybe we don't want to hear the truths, but we need fair elections in order for us to move forward as a country. It's difficult for me to sweep under the rug the hundreds of witness testimonies and documented cases of voter fraud that happened during this election.

This is a misstatement. The states that don't require you to show your driver's license use other methods to verify your identity. It's not like you can just walk in and vote multiple times at different polling places. Chill out.

If there was fraud, the lawyers would be saying that in court. But oh, guess what, when they get in front of judges they are saying "no" when asked if there was fraud...because if said "yes" and lied they could be disbarred. That's all you need to know about the veracity of these fraud claims lol.

The election is over. Biden won fair and square. As someone who voted for Trump in 2016 and thought the liberals embarrassed themselves by protesting his win, I am even more embarrassed for my fellow Republicans. We look like such whiney sore losers (which is what we called the left in 2016) except that we look even worse because we're just making shit up to try and overturn a legitimate election. Get over it and quit being such whiney little bitches. Move on.

They won't move on. One of the awful things about Trump's refusal to concede is that it doesn't matter that his voter fraud claims are baseless. All Trump has to do is CLAIM that the election was stolen to cast a permanent shadow over Biden's presidency in the eyes of millions of Americans who will literally believe anything Donald Trump says. Literally every fact check organization has soundly refuted claims of voter fraud, and courts of law have overwhelmingly rejected his legal team's arguments, but the tragedy is that none of that matters. Election officials can explain away "irregularities" that conspiracy theorists point to as evidence of "voter fraud," but that doesn't matter either - the only thing that matters is that the dude in the Oval Office claims that the election was stolen.

Proof of ID is unrelated to the fact that you can't just vote if you aren't registered with the state you reside in. Also, even if a citizen hypothetically had an ID from another state, that wouldn't imply that they were registered to vote there. While it's true that different states have different ID requirements, you still have to be registered and that is still checked.

As for signatures, I'm pretty sure that absentee / mail-in voting requires them in all states that permit such voting. Feel free to correct me on that one. My point still stands about voter registration, however.

I don't know that there are any large organizations that actively "hate the constitution" and are trying to undermine the results of an election because of it. From the outset, this entire line of thinking is totally devoid of logic, not to mention evidence that any reasonable court of law would deem as acceptable. What specific organizations are you referring to, and what specific evidence suggests that these organizations successfully "stole" the election? Let's get to the meat here and stop beating around the bush with the "America haters" rhetoric.

What documented cases of voter fraud have occurred that courts have recognized? Small-scale fraud happens in every election in every country that holds elections. There's a clear distinction to be made between an organized, concerted effort to "steal" an election and Joe Smith who tries to vote twice like a retard.

Dude, there should not be a transition process because trump won, there is extensive evidence in every important state of massive amounts of democrat fraud. Look at the story of the truck driver with the rig full of ballots from ny.

100% illegal to bring ballots over state lines and a rig is 100k + ballots and he barely lost pa

Biden should not be president nor should he get any briefings or have a cabinet, they should send him to an old folks home and give him a checkerboard ( Chess is too hard )
i tried "looking at that story" via google and found nothing but a facebook story link. do you have something better?

of course google won't return results that can work to overturn the election that they bought and paid for. they and their cohorts molested and distorted the entire presidency and election.

"I can tell you, I took 24 pallets," Morgan told Hannity."This happened on Oct. 21, and I picked them up in Bethpage, N.Y. and drove them to Harrisburg [Pa.] and from Harrisburg, I drove them to Lancaster, dropped the trailer in Lancaster, dropped my truck off, and went home."
bust on hannity all you want, i laugh at how he leans forward on his desk like his words herald the coming apocalypse.

you cannot discount the truck driver's statements that he made under oath, understanding the penalty of perjury.

crossing state lines with ballots is illegal.

It's not only on fox, thats just where i knew i could find the story fast.

And its not just this man, thousands of sworn affidavits have been signed by folks who had a WTF experience this election.
