Yeah like, when there is not enough staff, the ones that stayed are so crappy and stressed they literally beat the shit out of them . That's an extreme case but actually 20% of unnatural deaths at old folks homes, and im sure it only got higher the last few years.

And also didnt mandates about where to put sick people, kill a bunch of people in old folks homes in NY anyway?
