I freely concede that that is within the realm of possibility however improbable.

However, I find this increasingly unlikely that such was the case. The posted logs and my own personal eye witness indicate that Trak was taken strictly with body aggro. Given FE's litigious nature, if we truly stole your kill a petition should have already revealed this fact.

He's not wrong, Option had 'FTE' on that fight, but it was a snipe in an angry attempt to delay the TMO raidforce, which was clearly faster and meaner. Sniped FTE then feigned death. Want me to prove it? Trak attacked me and no one else, while I was DA - no one else was aggro after fte snipe and feign.
Want irrefutable evidence? I've cut out the relevant sections from the log.

Then the question is what did the encounter log say? My understanding and observation was the mob had reset after the FE delay attempt failed. Was this not the case and TMO merited the kill due to FE's "insufficient force"?

We were merited kill because it was a simple FTE snipe attempt. Option got on the encounter log as first to engage, but then feigned. He wasn't actively engaged with Trakanon. The fact I am trakanon's primary target 17 seconds into my DA means no one else was on the aggro list. This means it's impossible for FE claim that they were "positioning" Trak and ready to be true.

Option simply got on the encounter log, feigned when he saw it aggro on me, and hoped it would get his guild credit.

It actually looks pretty bad that so many FE were claiming how Option was tanking/positioning Trak & that you had 20+ people when TMO engaged ,etc. when in reality he just FD'd after aggro and you only had 7.

What's bad is your guild loggin 10 mins prior to the pop and accusing an FE of doing it ^^.

It's not like TMO didn't fuck the ex lead GM for pixels...

Doesn't look bad... pretty sure his agro was bodied on reset after the initial stall was performed from him logging near the spawn pt.. as you took it with the force that was there before trak popped and the mob once again wasn't fully reset. (damn this shit get technical)

In the end trak spawns so fast I love it. It'd be awesome if he summoned all the jugs to his aid or something like ct imo.

now if we could end these poops somehow. peedrinking isn't a good source of vitamins after a certain amount of time.

It wasn't a snipe attempt either, he logged in on an unegaged trak and got bodied agro. didn't throw a jav... didn't run up when you called go... stop calling it that.
