Ah yeah, CzarDragon was a superboss that was in the game's code but was never encounterable in the game. Most hacks reimplement him.

If you think about it, FFVI is one of the only games in the series without end-game superbosses. The preceding and following games both had 2. Why FFVI's was scrapped no one will know.

Oh man, I forgot about the superbosses in FFX. The arena guys, right?

I just looked up Czar. Apparently there was a second dummied mob in FF3. I wonder if the programmer implemented it.
Czar was tricky to find-- If you're interested in challenging it, it has an extremely low encounter rate in the dino forest.

Absorbs all elements. Blocks everything except for Float, Regen, Haste, Safe, Reflect.

His AI script is long as hell, just know he uses a bunch of powerful shit.

Also, everytime you "kill" him, his HP is reset to 45,001 and he moves into a new AI script. This happens 8 times. So the absolute least amount of damage you have to do to kill it is 360,008. Kefka uses the same "trick" to get around a max of 65,535 HP.

Also, one of his attack scripts (in stage 8) essentially Vanish/Dooms the player. I found that funny.
