No shit bro.

Invasion of privacy is serious.
Invasion of privacy?
Last I'd checked, regardless of a virus or a program entering your computer, the action of knowingly invading another individuals personal privacy -> is legally known as cyber terrorism and is a federal offense (according to the lawyer in the next room over that is..) Here's the thing: It's not invading your privacy by detecting known cheat programs.

You might wanna change your sig to be the leader of peace pipe, too.

By detecting their location, as explained in the IRC file that is logged on my computer.
The sole reason the RIAA cant sue people for downloading music, they are not allowed to know where on the computer the files are located, as they are not allowed to walk into your house and know the layout without a warrant.

Invasion of privacy.

Thanks, hope you guys know what you're getting into.

Holy shit, they scanned for something and they found it. They are terrible people. A file path is not invasion of privacy.

Toop, there's already a precedent; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warden_%28software%29

Quote:
Warden now scans Warcraft game memory space only, with exception of a few tools.

The things Warden currently looks for in-process includes but is not limited to:

Model edits.
Known cheat modules (DLLs)
Known modifications to game functions
Known cheating addons
Speedhacks
Known API hooks from cheats

The things Warden currently looks for out-of-process includes but is not limited to:

Known cheating drivers (rootkits)
I bolded what you should take and stfu about. good luck with your lawsuit.
