Is there any chance the type of ammo he used is why he was able to hit 37 people but 30 survived?

Could this be a good example of hey like, had he been able to get much more gnarly ammo there would be 37 deaths?

like is there some regulation on bullets to not make them like depleted uranium tipped or something i dont know anything about it.

Jib, before I take to the time to force my inbred hillbilly brain to work up a tight-answer from my experience and comparisons, I first must ask if that is even a legit question because if this is troll-bait then I almost nibbled.

oppositely, hollow points are supposed to be prohibited under the Geneva pacts.

Who remembers this cover art? shame what they had to reasonably take-away because of fringe-lunatics. This is quality. The 90s might have been a rancid decade, but the left were still the-left, controlling media allowed them to put art like this out there to the dismay of pearl-clutching conservatives.

Now conservatives don't care unless it says "Call of Duty" or "ConsoleField 5" and the cover has an alpha-chad wielding the formidable AR-15 (luxury truck AR15 sticker free w/ purchase) and he is inside a mental health facility draped with rainbows of a different kind.

yeah like Im wondering, did this kid buy a bunch of like smooth bullets that like do no damage and are for target practice?

If so there's a great argument for gun control, because had he gotten the AR of bullets he would have shredded people sorry if that sounds graphic but you get my point.

It shows that if you lower access (kids brain had restrictions on buying the better bullet in this case) to highly leathal firearms that even if you do go on a mass shooting spree its not as bad had he drove a 50 cal on the back of a pickup to the center of the parade.
or the CIA is lazy and cheep and jusst used up old ammos stock from the DoD reservers that was about to go bad or past it's due date and they didn't like this kid so dragged him out for the media spectacal AS the shooter

Rifles (“assault” style) don’t “one hit kill” even the most modern designs. They put holes in stuff and if you don’t put a hole in a heart or a brain a person can generally live to be stitched back together at a hospital.

In war, causalities are short term better than fatalities as they stress supply chains by requiring medical attention. If casualties are ignored and left for dead, morale plummets.

Cops shoot people 15 times because that’s how many times it takes for a person to stop moving (sometimes)
