Wait what? I said I’m not interested in a non pvp server, I.e blue. I’d play a blue progression server that went through new content like Luclin or PoP, but I have no nostalgia for camping the same guise, manastone, lustrous russet, VP keys etc., al over again. With pvp it gave another dimension to the game. Not hating on those who enjoy it I’m sure the drama will be great, I just feel like once you experienced pvp you can’t go back to blue.

Happy to see new stuff coming to this project though as Everquest will always have a special place in my heart, as will this project, so cheers to Rogean and staff for this.

I second this. Mostly the.. trying to go back to blue part.

Green server is a decent idea but just launch it with the patches already released. Pre-ban everything that has been banned already and make all the changes when a new expansion is released.

The staff has put a lot of effort into making it possible for the server to progress along the classic timeline (as part of their larger goal to emulate classic EQ as well as possible). I think it's rather unlikely that they would throw out all that work and only do two patches for Kunark/Velious.

Stoked for more info on this. I can't see why they would add Green and not include Luclin/PoP, but we'll have to see how it plays out.
