Honestly, everything from AoN's to upgrading from feathered leggings to vermiculated for our members. You can say what you want, but our members are getting huge gains from this just making them that much more excited to contest for better mobs.

It's all one step at a time. We contested in raw hide and advisor robes without resist gear. Now they are gearing up from legitimate rags and able to hang in fights longer. It's pretty awesome.

To top it off, they all really want to learn to PvP. Tempest really is the best of all our members firms. The laid back culture of CS. Fresh attitudes and new to box people from Thunderdome who hand down loot when they get upgrades. The PvP knowledge of Friends, PvE from Empire, and love of PvP like Valhalla.

I don't think Casual Scum broke because of this. They are still around (see their post). Just as some core members of Friends are still around. Just neither guild really wanted to change up a good thing to contest.

But some like minded people wanted to give it a shot, to see if it really was possible to make an alternative. Now it's up to how well we support and develop our new people to see if we really can. So far we are improving, but as always there is a learning curve to running a solid guild. Balancing governance and compensation being the most difficult, but also trying to look after the needs of every new recruit.

I can't wait foe most of this for wave to make 60 and get epic'd. I think those are food milestones for them, while slowing improving their other gear while we practice on Kunark Dragons, HoT, and some Velious mobs.

Iv enjoyed my stay in this guild so far. Have done tons of raids and some pvp. Also I have met a lot of cool people in the guild.

And we love having you and the rest of your guild too! It was great to add so many PvP focused people willing to help out. Honestly this has been a lot of fun so far.
