Pretty obvious that boy knew something/had some type of voice and lost the right to be captured alive by the LAPD. I watched the scanner and helicopter stream of the standoff. Judge Dredd held court in the street. They said "Burn the fucker!" over the radio or something very close to that effect I recall.

Dorner was a misguided scumbag, but two wrongs don't make a right. Can't get down with extrajudicial actions, even if hes done the stuff Dorner did. Gotta respect the system, no matter what. Its there for a reason.
