Run HCG at about 500 units a week to keep the testicles from atrophy (will also maintain/protect sperm count), and run a Nolvadex/Clomid Post Cycle Therapy for about a month after your last shot of Test - that will help prevent estrogen from surging and will naturally and safely keep your test levels balanced as you come off the Test from the natural shutdown.

That's why testosterone replacement therapy (trt) is ran with hcg to keep your bodies natural testosterone production going, prevent testicular atrophy, and keep your sperm count up. Trt is one of the lowest risk/highest reward things that you can do if your test is low and you need it. Please stop spreading false information because what you say may keep someone from getting tested and getting on trt and having their life changed for the better
