The Quests in red are a result of post-Sleeper Awakening Velious. So they shouldn't really be on this server.

Mechanical Net Delivery quest says to have been completed by Wasqa on the master quest list. I don't see a post in this thread saying when they did it.

Vkjor's Minor Task

I was at amiable with kromrif/kromzek and Graktar Bluehammer was unresponsive to hails and he didn't so much as stop walking on note turn in. Does it require higher faction?

Was going to just try the signet turn in but keys are being a pain in tofs (full cleared second floor about 6 times now with no enraged librarian).

From what I can tell, this was not fixed until 2005. Need more information if it should work during Velious.

Scrolls of the Ancient Totem, The Four Idols, and the Lost Tome should be working after next beta patch. Some weren't written at all, others didn't have the items dropping.

Nature's Defender quest - was it possible before the Velious revamp of Plane of Hate? Corrupter of Life drops one of the components.
