In the OP screenshot how do you get the spell names to appear next to the buff icons like that? I have that same UI but it doesn't do that by default... is it a setting in game?

Ah! Thought it was sim repop not the TMO revival when dragons were split up because you didn't want to train each other while rushing for FTEs.

That was the very first day that the suspension was lifted, so all the dragons were up. It was an agreement that lasted for that day, and the next round of respawns the next week. The agreement was broken (or not renewed? there's controversy here) when the sim repop occurred later that week, and it has not existed since.

Thought it was but meh. Just thought it was funny that after all the bitching and moaning that occurring during the lockout period about competition being all that matters, the most competitive mobs got shared/split. Probably due to fear of ForumQuest, and rule lawyering. Apparently once the VP hands off rules were removed, training shit in opposite directions while spamming Bladestopper may present a problem if you train the other guild.
