I watched Hackers today. Such a great movie. Can't we just go back to the 90s? "THIS BABY HAS a 28.8 KBPS MODEM!!!"

Press charges against the guy. If you don't think the police will consider crippling a video game server with 1000 people online worthy of their attention you should re-assess the situation.
