Just so we are clear, you are claiming to have not finished my post because you feel I'm being disrespectful by pointing out that you seem to not know the rules of the server you just joined, while at the same time admitting you handled a dispute by being disrespectful, and following up with an offer to disrespect me whenever is convenient for me? From "Camps, Defined" thread...
"7. We do not have a rule for how a camp will be handed off to another player. It is recommended the player interested in obtaining a camp work that out with who is on the camp already. *Example* Player a is on jboots, player b comes and sits and just waits. If player a wants to hand off to his friend rather than player b, he has that right. If player a wants to hold a list and give to the next player on that list, that is also his right. GMs will not moderate that unless player b can prove he was deceived by player a with how the camp would be handed off." So if the camp was handed off to Tattersail that it's that players camp, end of story. FTE does not apply here as this is not an "outdoor pathing" type of mob. That being said generally if you are sitting on a spawn with no variance and do not engage it very quickly after the mob spawns you more or less lose rights to the camp and FTE comes into play. This happened to me at Hadden, engaged 24 seconds after spawn while some gnome wizard engaged 6 seconds after spawn and he got the earring. I started streaming with OBS which is how I got the 1080p thing goin on in the first place. OBS does not limit your bandwidth at all whatsoever but! the problem is I was getting these lag spikes where EQ would just freeze for 3-7 seconds which was tolerable at first but got seriously annoying after a few days. Tried Xsplit and it wants me to use monitor capture or pay for game capture and I'm not too big on paying to stream a free game and I'm seriously dedicated to playing in full screen.
