Just load up on honey buns. They contain nature’s sweetener, honey, and are a great source of monosaccharides. At 400 calories per, honey buns make otherwise hard to reach caloric goals easy to attain.

PS Start gardening today, everything available in the store is horrible and if you care about yourself start taking some initiative to grow your own stuff. Start with greens.

and don't call me hitler because I do not agree with your life choices, its not too late to go back to being a normal guy ( you could still have a normal life )
Are you sure you’re not the dumpster diving black man?

male, 28, 428lbs, sedentary reads 4500 kcal daily, 500-750g carbs, 156g protein, and 100-175g fat

that seems excessive, given i eat maybe 1 and a half meals a day usually

Feel for you americans. Your food seems fucked up.
Here in norway I see the beginning of something similar. We used to have basically local supply of good non-gmo foods - especially fish and vegetables.
Now that norway has become like a white washing state for big business things are looking bleak. I wont go into detail but ill say theyve ruined their own lands and are now ruining ours. The salmon are completely destroyed from its original healthy self. Please dont eat norwegian salmon, its not good for you nor my country.

Ill be going to LA next year, no idea what ill eat then...

Men don't grow their own spinach. The take it from disadvantaged groups. That's how dad did it. That's how America does it.

I used to have a serious problem with those things. I’m real grateful my body maintains itself at a number that doesn’t look fat without me trying, 195, but does it have to be such a high number?
