Just curious how you guys would view the Ukraine / impeachment debacle if Joe Biden were NOT running for President? Would he be a political rival still?

He doesn't actually care about the investigation. He cares about the announcement of the investigation to damage a political rival. There was never going to be any substance behind it - it was just for show in order to add conspiracy and controversy to Biden's campaign.

So, it would have never happened if Biden wasn't running.

Joe Biden is on record bragging about using Quid Pro Quo as a tactic in leveraging tax payer dollars as a weapon to stop investigators from investigating his criminal son.

He's not really a political rival anyway. Have you seen the debates? He'd be the easiest to beat, by far.

FWIW I guess my thoughts are that Trump ran a drain the swamp campaign as did Zelensky (anti-corruption and anti-establishment). Is it not hard to tell a story that the two had a mutual interest in shining a light on the incestuous and lucrative foreign policy / consulting world.
