I just watched this awesome Russian movie last night called black out. It wasn’t awesome it was kind of shitty but it was pretty OK.

It had a pretty cool origin of man story though:

 

they sent humans to earth 200,000 years ago to annihilate all life on this planet so they could shut us off when their colonization ship lands 200,000 years later and then they can just take over the earth.

The alien was like “we sent a virus 200,000 years ahead of our colonization ship through hyperspace to annihilate live on your planet.” Then the human was like “well what happened to that virus?” and the alien was like “are you kidding?? do you think it’s a coincidence that we look so much like the same? You are the virus.”

It was pretty awesome, the alien that was on earth tasked monitoring/maintaining us for 200,000 years while the colonization ship traveled through space was like “you guys are such efficient killing machines we had to invent an entire religion based around love to try to slow you down and what did you do? you used it to kill more people!”

It had this rad bit where like the autistic smart guy tries to kill the alien an alien is like “see even your weakest people are killing machines” hah

I don't agree with taking a program aimed to help the entire country and using it to solve issues of inequity -- those measures should be for different initiatives which are debated on that merit.

That said, this lawsuit was a bullshit political spectacle to "own the libs".

We have ~39 tenants who own restaurants. I'd say half are white. They all got their funding.
